• Becoming a negotiation whiz, striking deals for both buying and selling unique private number plates. 🤝
• Keeping everything organized by accurately logging every customer chat and interaction. ✍️
• Helping out with the exciting task of valuing these one-of-a-kind plates. 💰
• Building awesome, lasting relationships with our amazing customers and plate vendors. ❤️

Key responsibilities

• Handling warm phone, webchat and email enquiries
• Negotiating the purchasing and selling of private number plates
• Accurately record and log interactions with customers
• Assisting with valuations
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers and vendors
