This is your chance to gain hands-on experience while earning a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting and a Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship award.

As part of our finance department, you'll be instrumental in supporting crucial decision-making that drives our business strategy. 📊 You'll work both independently and as a key finance representative on cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between strategic vision and operational reality. Get ready to dive deep into data analysis, provide essential financial information to stakeholders, and play a pivotal role in shaping our organization. 💡
Your Development Journey:
We've got your back every step of the way! You'll be supported by your line manager, placement managers, mentors, and a fantastic network of fellow apprentices. Our 3-year program (plus End Point Assessment) is delivered online with the University of Exeter and features engaging masterclasses, online learning, academic coaching, and practical workplace mentoring. 📚 Assessments are ongoing and directly linked to your daily tasks, making your learning super relevant. As you progress, you'll take on more responsibility and become an integrated part of our team and the wider apprentice community. 🌟

- Essential: Achieved or predicted A-levels of BBB in Maths, English, and one other subject. (Please note: meeting these minimum grade requirements is crucial for eligibility. 🙏)
