  • Keeping our internal databases up-to-date with all the essential candidate info 📊.
  • Helping out with general admin duties – think filing, sending emails, making calls, and running licence checks 📞.
  • Becoming a whiz with our in-house IT systems and helping to manage them 💻.
  • Uploading vital information about completed courses and ensuring your ICT skills are on point 📈.
  • Assisting with finance tasks like managing travel expenses ✈️.
  • Being the first point of contact for all enquiries, whether it's email, phone, post, or face-to-face 👋.
  • Working with our operations systems and handling course bookings like a pro 🗓️.
  • Developing and maintaining spreadsheets and databases for our internal data 🗂️.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to source training resources 🤝.
  • Attending staff and training meetings, and working towards the academic side of your role 🎓.
  • Helping to maintain a safe working environment according to our health & safety policy ✅.
