What you'll be doing:

• Providing top-notch chair-side support to our dentists, making sure everything runs smoothly during appointments.
• Being the first point of contact! This includes greeting patients warmly and handling phone calls with professionalism. 👋📞
• Answering patient questions and making them feel at ease.
• Managing appointments, including booking new ones and scheduling follow-ups. 🗓️
• Keeping our equipment squeaky clean and ready for action through sterilization and preparation. 🧼
• Maintaining accurate patient records and handling sensitive information with care. 📂
• Ensuring patients feel supported and cared for throughout their visit. ❤️
• Keeping our dental areas, including chairs, clean and hygienic.
• Managing our inventory of dental supplies and equipment, making sure we never run out of what we need. 📦
• Lending a hand with any other tasks that help us deliver outstanding patient care alongside our dentists and senior team.
