What You'll Be Doing:

  • 📞 Onboarding Calls: Kickstart customer journeys by understanding their needs based on their contracts.
  • 📦 Order Provisioning: Get orders set up and running smoothly, making sure we hit those crucial KPIs and SLAs.
  • 🎟️ Ticket Management: Log, sort, and prioritize customer queries, keeping everything neat and tidy.
  • 📊 Spreadsheet Savvy: Keep our deal tracking up-to-date by updating spreadsheets with order info.
  • 🤝 Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our sales team and other partners to fix any order hiccups.
  • 💡 Problem Solving: Team up with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and create positive interactions.
  • 🔧 System & Site Management: Schedule and oversee system/service installations and site surveys.
  • 📣 Communication Hub: Keep managers, your team, and other departments in the loop to ensure top-notch service and happy customers.
  • 🌍 Support Where Needed: Jump in and help out other areas of the operations department when needed.
  • 🎯 Performance Driven: Consistently meet your role's KPIs and SLAs.
  • 🌟 Special Projects: Contribute to exciting special projects as they arise.
