We're on the hunt for a driven, organized, and super enthusiastic Marketing & Events Assistant to join our crew! 🚀 If you're passionate about making things happen and love a good event, this is your chance to shine.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Event Rockstar: You'll be a key player in making our school events, from Open Mornings and Admissions events to taster days and cool alumnae gatherings, run smoother than a fresh coat of paint. 🎨
• Logistics Guru: From setting up to sending off, you'll handle all the event admin and behind-the-scenes magic, ensuring everyone from visitors and families to staff and special guests has an epic and welcoming experience. ✨
• Content Creator Support: Working hand-in-hand with our Director of Marketing, you'll jump in to help create awesome photography and videography content. 📸
• Marketing Maverick: You'll lend a hand with all sorts of marketing and comms tasks, plus provide essential administrative backup across different departments. 📧
• Team Player Extraordinaire: You'll collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing, the Marketing team, the Admissions squad, and the wider school community, offering practical support for all our planning and organizing adventures. 🤝

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver School events.
• Support all aspects of events administration and logistics.
• Assist with marketing and communication activities.
• Support the creation of photography and videography content.
• Provide administrative support across departments.
