- Talent Acquisition Ace: Help us find awesome people! You'll assist with posting job ads, keeping track of applications, scheduling interviews, and keeping candidates in the loop. 📣
- Safety First: Play a key role in our safer recruitment process, helping with essential background checks like references, DBS, and Right to Work. 🛡️
- Welcome Wagon: Make new starters feel right at home! You'll get induction materials ready, manage new starter paperwork, and ensure all compliance steps are covered. 📝
- Performance Partner: Support the admin for probation reviews and ongoing performance processes for our amazing team. ✨
- HR System Guru: Team up with the HR Manager to keep our HR system running smoothly. You'll be inputting data, managing holiday requests, and ensuring everything is accurate and up-to-date. 💻
- Compliance Champion: Help maintain our important records and ensure all our HR processes align with safeguarding best practices. You'll be a key player in keeping us compliant and inspection-ready. ✅
- Contract Creator: Draft important letters for things like contract changes, extensions, and pay adjustments, making sure payroll is spot on. 📄
- Payroll & Perks: Work with our Finance team to help manage payroll, pensions, and staff benefits – making sure everyone gets what they're due! 💰
- Smooth Exits: Support the process when team members move on, ensuring a professional and organized offboarding experience. 👋
- First Point of Contact: Be the friendly face (or voice!) for general HR queries, providing a helpful and professional service to our staff. 🙋
- Project Powerhouse: Get involved in exciting HR projects focusing on well-being, engagement, policy updates, and system improvements. You'll be contributing to making our workplace even better! 🌟

Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes, including advertising, application management, and onboarding coordination.
- Administer HR system data, ensuring accuracy and supporting holiday administration.
- Maintain HR compliance, record keeping, and assist with preparing for inspections.
- Assist with payroll, pensions, staff benefits, and contract change administration.
- Provide general HR administrative support, manage routine queries, and contribute to HR projects.
