Join our awesome Early Years Team and help us create a super fun and inspiring place for kids to learn and grow! You'll be a key player in planning and running cool activities for children, both solo and in groups, making sure everyone gets the best education and has a blast doing it. π₯³
What you'll be doing:
- Be part of a team that makes our nursery an amazing learning hub, inside and out! π³π‘

- Make sure every single child feels included and valued. β€οΈ
- Use your smarts to understand how different kids learn and develop, and tailor your support to their unique needs. π§
- Build awesome, trusting relationships with the children, acting as a positive role model with goals they can totally smash! πͺ
- Get creative and organize our indoor and outdoor spaces, making sure we have all the right resources and equipment for every child's interests. π§Έ
- Support children's physical needs, encouraging good hygiene and independence. π§
- Be there for their emotional and social growth, championing positive behavior and setting a great example. π
- Help kids learn to connect and work together like pros! π€
- Be responsible for the Early Years Foundation Stage, planning and delivering awesome learning experiences that spark curiosity and cater to all interests and needs. β¨
- Help us constantly improve and refine our Early Years Foundation Stage! π
- Keep an eye on how kids are learning, using cool assessment tools. π
- Share amazing feedback and progress reports with parents and other professionals. π£οΈ
- Build fantastic relationships with parents and carers, supporting their role in their child's learning journey. π©βπ§βπ¦
- Be proactive about your own learning to make even bigger positive impacts for kids and their families. π
- Know and follow all Health and Safety rules like a boss. π―
- Stick to all our policies and procedures, and help us keep things running smoothly. β
- Attend meetings and jump into training opportunities to boost your skills and performance. π§βπ«
- Take ownership of your responsibilities and tasks. π―
- Help out with any other duties the Management Team needs to keep our nursery rocking! π€
Key responsibilities
- Support the planning and implementation of activities with individual or groups of children.
- Support the nurseryβs commitment on safeguarding children.
- Organise the environment to ensure resources and equipment are available.
- Meet the physical needs of children, encouraging good standards of personal hygiene.
- Comply with and assist with all Policies and Procedures.
