You'll rotate through our nursery rooms and forest school, gaining awesome hands-on skills across all areas. 🌳 Coupled with your Early Years apprenticeship training, you'll be set to become a qualified educator with us. 👩‍🏫 From there, your career journey can take off – whether you're eyeing a managerial path or want to become a specialist in something you're passionate about. Your day-to-day will involve learning to:

• Support your team in mastering basic childcare routines. 💪
• Deliver our vibrant 'learning through play' educational ethos. 🧸
• Spark creativity with engaging activities that challenge children's development. 🎨
• Build super strong relationships with parents. 🤝
• Champion child welfare and keep our safeguarding procedures top-notch. 🛡️
• Work flexible shifts between 7 am and 7 pm. ⏰

To join our apprenticeship program, you must:

• Be 16 or over. ✅
• Not already be in full-time education. ❌

As an apprentice, you will:
