Ready to be the backbone of our dental practice? We're on the hunt for a proactive and organized Dental Assistant to provide top-notch chair-side support. Your role is crucial to ensuring our patients have a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. 🚀

What you'll be doing:

• Front Desk Rockstar 📞: Greeting patients with a smile, answering calls, and managing patient queries.
• Booking Boss 🗓️: Scheduling appointments and follow-ups like a pro.
• Financial Ace 💰: Handling patient payments accurately.
• Sterilization Specialist 🧼: Keeping our equipment spotless and ready for action by sterilizing and preparing instruments.
• Record Keeper 📝: Meticulously managing patient records and ensuring all information is up-to-date.
• Patient Champion ❤️: Supporting patient wellbeing and ensuring their dental journey is as comfortable as possible.
• Cleanliness Coordinator ✨: Maintaining a pristine dental environment, including our treatment chairs.
• Stock Master 📦: Keeping track of and managing our equipment and supply inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient and reliable chair-side support to the dental surgery.
• Perform reception duties, including answering the phone and greeting patients.
• Deal with patient queries, take payments, and book appointments.
• Sterilise and prepare equipment for dentists.
• Record and deal with patient records, and manage stock.
