Data Technician Apprentice (Level 3) 🚀

Ready to dive into the exciting world of data and make a real impact? We're looking for a sharp, motivated individual to join our team as a Level 3 Data Technician Apprentice! This is your chance to gain hands-on experience with real business data, from sales to aftersales and parts, and become a data whiz. 📊

What you'll be doing:

• Mastering Data: You'll be sourcing, organising, analysing, and presenting data from across our business. Your insights will empower our teams to make smarter, faster decisions. 💡
• Learning on the Job: Full training is included! You'll work towards your Level 3 Data Technician apprenticeship, so no prior data experience is needed. We're also in the minibus and coach sector, so you'll learn all about that too! 🚌

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing & Managing Data: Securely grab data from internal sources (like our CRM, Odoo system, sales, and aftersales data) and external industry datasets. 🔒
• Data Prep: Tidy up and format data so it's ready for your colleagues to review and analyse.
• Data Blending: Combine data from different places to uncover how it helps our business.
• Secure Storage: Keep data safe and sound, following company rules and GDPR. ✅
• Analysing & Presenting Data: Use basic stats to analyse data and present your findings clearly using tables, charts, graphs, and dashboards. 📈
• Communication: Share your results verbally and in reports, making sure your message hits home with your audience. 🗣️
• Collaboration: Work with colleagues, customers, and partners to turn data into valuable insights.
• Personal Development: Take charge of your own learning and stay updated on new data tools and tech. 💻

Who you are:

• Curious & Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and a logical mindset, with a genuine passion for numbers and technology. 🤔
• Excel Savvy: You're comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Office. Experience with Power BI or other data tools is a bonus! ✨
• Problem Solver: You're a logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Great Communicator: You can clearly explain things and are comfortable chatting with people at all levels.
• Eligible to Work: You have the right to work in the UK and are not currently in full-time education. 🇬🇧
• Committed Apprentice: You're ready to commit to completing your Level 3 Data Technician apprenticeship, including dedicated off-the-job training. 💪
