- 📈 Observing and monitoring children's progress, capturing those amazing milestones.
- 📝 Recording observations and contributing to development plans.
- 🗣️ Sharing key insights with senior staff and parents.
- 💖 Promoting positive behaviour, kindness, sharing, and respect among children.
- 👍 Using positive reinforcement to encourage great conduct.
- 🗓️ Supporting with daily routines like mealtimes, dressing, and nap times.
- 🤝 Working as part of a collaborative team, alongside colleagues and parents.
- 💬 Communicating effectively with everyone – team, kids, and families.
- 🧠 Participating in staff meetings and training to keep your skills sharp.
- 🔒 Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism with all information.

Key responsibilities
