• Handling reception duties like answering calls and welcoming patients. 👋
• Assisting patients with their questions and concerns. 🤔
• Managing payments and booking appointments (including follow-ups!). 🗓️
• Keeping our dental equipment spotless and ready to go through sterilization. 🧼
• Meticulously recording and managing patient information. 📝
• Ensuring patients feel comfortable and have a positive dental experience. 😊
• Maintaining the cleanliness of dental areas, especially the chairs. 🪑
• Keeping track of our equipment and supplies. 📦
• Supporting our dentists and senior team in delivering excellent patient care. ❤️
