What you'll be doing:

  • Creating a Fun & Safe Space: You'll be instrumental in crafting an exciting, stimulating, and secure environment where children aged 0-5 can thrive and explore. ๐Ÿงธ
  • Teaching & Development: Deliver engaging learning experiences that meet the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements, fostering their curiosity and growth. ๐Ÿ“š
  • Activity Leader: Dive into a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, making every moment count and sparking joy in learning. ๐ŸŒณโšฝ
  • Personal Care Support: Provide compassionate assistance with essential self-care routines, including feeding and personal hygiene, ensuring every child feels nurtured and looked after. ๐Ÿงผ
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive team of colleagues, sharing ideas and ensuring seamless communication for the benefit of our children. ๐Ÿค
  • Parent & Stakeholder Engagement: Be a friendly point of contact for parents and external stakeholders, maintaining excellent communication and providing a high level of service for our childcare setting. ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ

What we're looking for:

  • Experience working in a childcare setting with children aged 0-5.
  • A genuine love for working with young children and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with parents and external customers.
