What youβll be doing day-to-day:
- Be the ultimate patient greeter, making everyone feel welcome and helping out with appointment bookings. ππ
- Handle patient questions with professionalism and a friendly vibe.
- Get the surgery prepped and sparkling! This means sterilizing instruments π§Ό, keeping everything tip-top for infection control (we follow CQC standards!), and making sure our equipment is ready to go.
- Be the clinician's right-hand person during treatments, ensuring smooth sailing and keeping patient records accurate and GDPR-compliant. π»
- Champion patient comfort, offering reassurance and making sure everyone has a positive dental experience. π
- Keep an eye on our stock and equipment, ensuring our surgeries are always fully equipped and ready for action. π¦
- Maintain our clinical areas β keeping them clean, safe, and totally ready for anything. π
- Uphold patient privacy and dignity like a pro β confidentiality is key! π€«

Key responsibilities
- Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians.

- Assist clinicians during treatments and accurately update patient records in line with GDPR.
