What you'll be doing:
- Patient Rockstar: Greeting patients with a smile, helping them book appointments, and handling their questions with professionalism. ๐
- Surgery Setup Pro: Getting our treatment rooms prepped and ready, sterilizing instruments like a boss, and keeping everything super clean and safe according to the highest standards. ๐งผ
- Treatment Support: Being a rockstar assistant to our clinicians during treatments, keeping patient records accurate and confidential (GDPR approved! โ ).
- Patient Comfort Champion: Ensuring our patients feel comfortable, reassured, and have a positive dental experience from start to finish. ๐ฅฐ
- Stock & Supply Guru: Keeping an eye on our supplies, equipment, and making sure our surgeries are always stocked and ready to go. ๐ฆ
- Team Player: Working hand-in-hand with our dentists and the rest of the crew to deliver top-notch, safe, and efficient care. ๐ค

Key responsibilities
- Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians.
- Assist with patient reception, scheduling, and enquiries.
- Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control.
- Accurately update patient records and uphold confidentiality.
- Monitor stock, manage equipment, and ensure surgery readiness.
