What you'll do:
- Be a customer service superstar! 🌟 Respond to and solve IT issues, requests, and questions quickly and efficiently, always keeping users and our system in the loop. You'll also work with external partners when needed.
- Keep our tech in check! 🛡️ Help monitor, maintain, and manage our on-premise and cloud infrastructure, flagging any performance, security, or availability concerns.
- Empower our teams! 💡 Work with users to understand their needs and guide them in using IT systems, Microsoft 365, and modern productivity tools, including cutting-edge Generative AI. Help them work smarter, not harder!
- Be part of cool projects! 🏗️ Support IT projects and changes by handling technical and administrative tasks like setting up, testing, implementing, documenting, and guiding users.
- Keep our records sharp! 📋 Maintain accurate records of hardware, software, configurations, and infrastructure to help with asset management, business continuity, and knowledge sharing.
- Champion data integrity! ✅ Contribute to improving the confidentiality, integrity, accuracy, and availability of information across our IT systems.
- Get hands-on with hardware! 💻 Assist with setting up and supporting a range of IT equipment, from laptops and terminals to audio-visual gear, phones, and mobile devices.

Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to and resolving service desk incidents, requests and queries.
- Support the monitoring, maintenance and administration of secure on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
- Support business users to make effective use of IT systems, Microsoft 365 and modern productivity tools.
- Support IT projects and change activities by completing technical and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate hardware, software, configuration and infrastructure records.
