What You'll Be Doing:
- Helping with awesome project-based learning, tailoring it for each learner. 🧑🏫
- Keeping classrooms prepped and looking good with resources and displays. 📚
- Handling classroom admin and keeping things organised. 📝
- Being a guardian angel – ensuring safety and well-being are top-notch. 💖
- Encouraging positive vibes, good behaviour, and mutual respect. 👍
- Keeping a watchful eye on students, both in and out of the classroom. 👀
- Boosting numeracy and literacy skills. ➕✖️
- Getting creative with filmmaking, pottery, crafts, and more! 🎬🏺
- Getting stuck into practical skills like construction, gardening, and wildlife. 🌳🦋
- Supporting hospitality and cookery fun. 🧑🍳
- Completing essential training like trauma-informed practice, safeguarding, and Health & Safety. 🎓
- And other duties as they come up!

Key responsibilities
- Assist with project-based educational support, adapting activities to meet individual learners' needs
- Provide general classroom support, including setting up equipment, resources and displays
- Undertake general classroom administration and organisational tasks
- Support safeguarding procedures and maintain high standards of Health and Safety
- Promote discipline, positive behaviour and respectful relationships
Entry requirements
GCSE in: (English (grade GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent), Maths (grade GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent))
