Ready to be the first point of contact and a total lifesaver for our patients? We're looking for a super organized and friendly individual to keep our reception running like a well-oiled machine! 🚀
What you'll be doing:
- Being the ultimate welcoming committee for patients and visitors. 👋
- Mastering our appointment system – keeping it smooth and efficient. 🗓️
- Handling all appointment requests, from walk-ins to phone calls, and making sure everyone gets to the right healthcare pro. 📞
- Helping out with triage requests for patients who need a hand, and chatting with our awesome triage GPs. 🩺
- Answering general questions, explaining how things work, and booking appointments like a boss. ✨
- Confidently sharing patient test results when our GPs give the green light. ✅
- Explaining practice procedures and requirements to new patients and those needing temporary cover, and getting all the paperwork sorted. 📝
- Taking down all the important details for home visit requests and flagging anything crucial to the GP. 🏡
- Arranging ambulance bookings when needed – you'll be a hero! 🚑
- Processing repeat prescription requests so they're ready for patients within 48 hours, exactly where they want them. 💊
- Handling payments for private services and issuing receipts. 💰
- Accurately entering patient information into our system – precision is key! 💻
