Salary: £15,500 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week, with occasional evening and weekend work required ⏰

The Opportunity:

Ready for an awesome start to your career? 😎 Hampshire FA has an exciting opening for an energetic and driven Operations Administrator Apprentice! This is your chance to dive into business administration, gain killer experience in a professional sports setting, and be part of the magic of grassroots football. You'll be supporting our Football Operations Team with all sorts of tasks, keeping the day-to-day running of football in Hampshire smooth. Think helping with County Cup competitions, player sign-ups, club affiliations, referee stuff, and safeguarding. Plus, you'll be levelling up your skills with a recognised apprenticeship! 🚀

Key Responsibilities:

Be the ultimate customer service legend for our clubs, leagues, referees, and football fans! 🤩 You'll be the backbone of Hampshire FA's football operations.

Help organise County Cup comps and finals. 🏆

Be the go-to for player registration queries. 🙋‍♀️

Keep our records sharp on The FA's Platform for Football. 💻

Assist with club affiliation and membership processes.

Support safeguarding administration.

Help book referee courses and sort out venues. 📍

Master our football administration systems and records.

Process invoices and handle finance admin. 💰

Be a champion for FA tech platforms across grassroots football.

Alongside your daily duties, you'll be crushing your apprenticeship training and putting what you learn into action! 💪

What We're Looking For:

Super organised? ✅ Got strong communication skills? ✅ Eager to learn and grow? ✅

Comfortable juggling tasks, keeping things confidential, and working solo or as part of a team? You're our kind of person! 💯

Solid IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)? ✅ Eagle-eyed attention to detail? ✅ Committed to awesome customer service? ✅

GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above are needed for the apprenticeship standard.

A passion for football ⚽️ and any experience in admin, customer service, or volunteering would be a bonus, but not a deal-breaker! ✨
