- Collaborating with Senior Management to supercharge the growth and development of the Bookings department. 🌱
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with our clients, understanding their unique language service needs, and showcasing how our services are the perfect fit. 🤝
- Keeping our interpreters on track and ensuring top-notch service delivery. ✅
- Being the go-to person for both interpreters and customers, logging all wins and any hiccups along the way. 🌟
- Sharing information accurately and efficiently, making sure everyone is in the loop. 📣
