Onboarding & Contractor Care Champion 🚀
Your Mission: Be the go-to person for our awesome contractors, making sure their journey with us is smooth sailing from day one! 🌟
What You'll Be Doing:
- First Point of Contact: Answer contractor questions ASAP via phone and email – think friendly vibes and quick solutions! 🗣️📧
- Getting Contractors Ready: Master the onboarding process! You'll be a pro at getting everything set up, from registration forms to Right to Work checks (hello, YOTI! 👋) and portal setups.
- Bullhorn Navigator: Learn to navigate our database system, Bullhorn, to guide candidates through their setup journey. You'll be a system whiz! 🖱️
- Tracking Progress: Keep your eyes on deadlines to ensure contractors get paid on time. You'll use system reports and automated updates (Herefish) to stay on top of everything. 📈
- Friendly Chasing: Gently remind contractors or teammates for missing paperwork and keep candidates in the loop about any delays. Communication is key! 🤝
- Document Detective: Double-check all submitted forms to ensure they're perfect before contractors start. Accuracy is your superpower! ✅
- Organised Filing: Keep documents neatly filed in Bullhorn and shared folders with clear naming conventions. A tidy workspace is a happy workspace! 📁
- Data Security Champion: Protect candidate information like a vault, adhering to GDPR and document retention rules. Your attention to detail keeps things safe and sound. 🔒
- Asking for Help: If a document issue or compliance question pops up, you know who to ask! You'll escalate to the Contractor Care Manager when needed. 🙋♀️
- Wrapping Up Roles: Keep track of ending placements and update contractor statuses in Bullhorn. It's all about smooth transitions. 🔚
- Payroll Updates: Keep the Payroll team in the loop when a role finishes so payments stop accurately. 💸
- Contract Extensions: Update Bullhorn when contracts are extended, send out official extension letters and emails, and manage team spreadsheets. Staying organized is crucial! 🗓️
- Finding Great People: Help us find top talent by scanning daily job board alerts (like CV-Library Watchdogs) and using search techniques to connect with active job seekers. 🔍
- Building Pipelines: Sort and group candidate profiles in Bullhorn, getting them ready for our recruitment consultants. You're building the future! 🏗️
- Reaching Out: Help launch automated message campaigns and monitor candidate responses. Get the word out! 📣
- Spotting Opportunities: Keep an ear to the ground for industry news and Google Alerts to discover new business projects and identify key decision-makers, adding valuable leads to Bullhorn. 📰
- Sharing Ideas: Once you're settled in, bring your fresh perspective! Share your ideas on how we can make our daily office tasks even smoother. Your input matters! 💡
- Everyday Office Support (as needed): When things are quiet, lend a hand with general admin tasks, central email inboxes, timesheet questions, answering calls, keeping shared drives tidy, and supporting our wider compliance and payroll teams. Teamwork makes the dream work! 💪
