Apprentice Opportunity: Learning & Development Assistant ๐
Are you ready to kickstart your career and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment? We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team as an Apprentice. This is your chance to learn, grow, and make a real impact!
What you'll be doing:
- Support the L&D Manager: You'll be a key player, assisting the L&D Manager with various tasks to keep everything running smoothly. ๐ช
- Aid the HR Department: Contribute to the HR team's initiatives and gain broad HR exposure. ๐ค
- AES Advance LMS: Dive into our Learning Management System, coordinating and administering training courses alongside your colleagues. This includes the essential "Introduction to AES" training for all our new team members. ๐
- L&D Purchase Orders: Take charge of managing and administering all L&D purchase orders. ๐งพ
- UK HSE Training: Play a vital role in managing UK HSE training, including coordinating bookings, handling administration (liaising with training providers, sending invites, arranging sessions across shifts, and confirming room availability). ๐ทโโ๏ธ
- Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS): Assist with DAS management, which includes the administration of purchase orders.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Marketing and other departments to support Open Evenings, on-site school events, and community engagement initiatives. ๐
- Enterprise Advisor Potential: There's a fantastic opportunity to become an Enterprise Advisor for a local school, shaping future talent. ๐ซ
- Apprenticeship Coordination: Help co-ordinate the initial stages of apprenticeship administration, including interviews, room bookings, and offer management.
- Your Development: This role is a fantastic stepping stone! You will complete a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration or an L&D Course, and also gain the NEBOSH General qualification. ๐
