About the role
Are you a natural with kids and ready to dive into a role where you make a real difference? 👶👧👦 We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our childcare team, working with children aged 0-5 years.
In this exciting role, you'll be hands-on with a variety of daily tasks that are crucial for the well-being, development, and education of our young learners. Think fun learning through games that boost numbers and language skills 🔢🗣️, engaging in singing 🎶, imaginative role-play 🎭, and captivating storytelling 📚. You'll also be involved in the essentials like feeding and changing our littlest ones.
This position also involves connecting with our external customers – the parents! 🤝 You'll be a key part of delivering an exceptional level of service that keeps our childcare setting running smoothly and parents happy. Key responsibilities
- Complete a variety of day-to-day childcare tasks for children aged 0-5.
- Help children learn numeracy and language skills through games.
- Engage children in activities such as singing, role play, and storytelling.
- Provide direct care including feeding and changing babies.
- Liaise with parents and external customers to provide a high level of service.
Entry requirements
GCSE in: (English (grade 4), Maths (grade 4))
