What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting clients with daily routines, including getting up, going to bed, dressing, and personal hygiene (washing, bathing, toileting). 🧼
  • Supporting clients with their mobility and any physical challenges, including the use of aids and equipment. πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ
  • Providing comfort and care for clients who are unwell, including bed nursing and assistance with feeding. 🍎
  • Offering compassionate end-of-life care and support. πŸ•ŠοΈ
  • Engaging clients in meaningful activities to promote their mental and physical well-being, such as conversation, outings, reading, hobbies, and recreation. πŸ—£οΈπŸ“š
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy living environment, including changing beds, light cleaning, and emptying commodes. 🧹
  • Caring for clients' clothing, including inspection, laundering, and mending. 🧺
