What you'll be doing:

• Creating a super fun and supportive environment where kids can grow emotionally, socially, and educationally. 🌱
• Providing hands-on care for children, including helping with nappy changes, feeding, and bath time – all under expert guidance. 🛁🍼
• Being a 'key worker' for a small group of children, building strong bonds, and documenting their amazing progress. 📝
• Supporting children's individual needs, both personal and emotional, with kindness and understanding. ❤️
• Championing child safety and well-being every single day. 🛡️
• Getting to know and follow our nursery's policies and procedures to ensure a safe and happy space for everyone. 👍

Key responsibilities

• Creating a stimulating atmosphere for children's development
• Providing all aspects of direct care for children
• Acting as a key worker, including recording observations and planning
• Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Completing all assigned apprenticeship work
