• Customer Service Excellence: Be the go-to person for staff and clients, handling their questions and concerns with a smile. 😊
• Tech Savvy: Master our electronic recording system and become a whiz at creating spreadsheets and documents using Microsoft Excel and Word. 💻
• Team Player: Collaborate with your colleagues to keep everything running smoothly, from planning maintenance schedules to liaising with landlords and contractors. 🤝
• Property Insights: Help with tasks like meter readings and essential Health & Safety and Fire safety audits. 🔥
• Record Keeping Rockstar: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs. 📝
• Grant & Benefit Guru: Assist with completing important grant and benefit application forms. 💸
• Community Connections: Build strong relationships with Plymouth City Council, particularly concerning housing benefit and council tax. 🏘️
• Financial Savvy: Analyze and monitor utility bills and payments. 📊
• Compliance Champion: Understand and adhere to important compliance issues and laws surrounding housing. 📜
