What you'll be doing:
You'll be the face of Superdrug, serving customers with a smile 😊, sharing our awesome deals, and making sure everyone leaves feeling fantastic. You'll help keep our store looking its best, manage stock, and play a vital role in hitting our store targets. It's a hands-on, dynamic role that's always exciting and full of learning opportunities. We see our apprentices as future leaders, and we'll provide you with top-tier training and real chances to climb the ladder. 🪜
Your training journey:
Over the first 12 months, your training will happen right here in the store – no boring lectures or homework! 📚 You'll complete a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship, supported by your team and a dedicated tutor. At the end, you'll have a discussion about your experiences and a practical observation.

You're a perfect fit if:
- You have a Grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- You're not currently in education and available for full-time shifts.
- You haven't completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
- You're eligible to work in the UK.
