You'll be joining a super established, specialist construction company in Tonbridge, serving up design, supply, construction, and project management. Think of yourself as a crucial player behind the scenes, supporting the Bid Manager to win some seriously cool projects! 🏗️
What You'll Be Doing:
- Helping to create killer bids for specialist projects. 📝
- Digging into technical info and making sure everything adds up. 📊
- Working with suppliers and subcontractors to get the best deals. 🤝
- Making sure our bids are spot-on, on time, and meet what clients are dreaming of. ✨
What You'll Need:
- A genuine interest in how things are built, especially fancy window, door, and curtain walling systems. 👀
- A brain for numbers and analysis – your Maths GCSE/A Level grades need to shine! 💯
- Great communication skills, both written and spoken. 🗣️
- Super organised, you can juggle tasks like a pro and hit deadlines. ⏰
- A team player who loves collaborating and getting things done. 🧑🤝🧑
- An eye for detail that's sharper than a laser. 🔍
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Project are your jam. 💻
- At least 5 GCSEs (Grade A-C / 9-4), with Maths being a MUST. ✅

Key responsibilities
- Support the Bid Manager in the preparation, coordination, and submission of bids
- Analyse technical documentation
- Assist with cost estimation
- Manage supplier and subcontractor engagement
- Ensure bid submissions are accurate, timely, and aligned with client expectations and industry standards
