🚀 Twinkle Totz Day Nursery is Hiring: Apprentice Early Years Educator (Level 3) 🚀

Ready to kickstart your career and make a real impact? ✨ Twinkle Totz Day Nursery, in partnership with Shaping Lives, is looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Early Years Educator to join our amazing team!

This is your chance to study towards your Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification over an 18-month period. We're seeking individuals who genuinely love working with children and are eager to gain a valuable Level 3 qualification.

What you'll be doing:

• Caring for children aged 0-5, assisting with their daily needs (feeding, nappy changing, toileting) – think of it as being a superhero for little ones! 🦸‍♀️
• Teaming up with colleagues to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, ensuring every child thrives. 🤝
• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate play activities tailored to each child's unique needs and the curriculum. 🎨
• Prioritising the safeguarding and welfare of all children – their safety is our top priority! ❤️
• Becoming a Key Person for a small group of children and their families, building strong bonds and providing dedicated support. 🔑
• Observing, assessing, and recording children's learning and development progress – celebrating their wins! 🎉
• Creating a supportive and enabling environment where every child feels valued and can reach their full potential. 🌱
• Building awesome relationships with parents and carers. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
• Following Twinkle Totz's policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and safe environment. ✅
• Maintaining confidentiality at all times. 🤫
• Attending team meetings and any additional training to boost your skills. 🧠
• Working collaboratively with external agencies to support children when needed. 🌐
• Undertaking other duties as required by the Setting Manager.

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous experience working with children.
• Ideally, a Childcare Level 2 qualification.
