You'll be working towards your Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification, adding some serious skills to your CV, including Maths and English functional skills. 📚

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with TradePoint members to understand their business needs.
• Recommend appropriate products and services based on member requirements and future projects.
• Facilitate new member recruitment and obtain marketing consent from existing members.
• Ensure a clear, tidy, and simple shopping journey for members, adhering to trading plans.
• Provide friendly and effective service, addressing member needs and ensuring satisfaction.
