Your Mission:
- Help people with their daily needs, championing their independence, dignity, and choices. π
- Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, grooming, continence support) when needed. πΏ
- Be a friendly face and provide emotional support, actively listening and building great relationships. π€
- Help with meals and drinks to keep everyone nourished and hydrated. ππ§
- Assist with medication as per care plans and your training. π
- Support safe mobility and movement within homes, following care plans and risk assessments. πΆ
- Keep accurate records and report any changes or concerns to the team. βοΈ
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, infection control, and confidentiality rules. β
- Encourage participation in activities and maintain connections in the community. πΆ
- Attend all training, learning sessions, supervision, and team meetings. ποΈ
