What you'll be doing:

- Spark curiosity and boost communication and language skills through cool activities and everyday chats. π£οΈ
- Team up with Early Years Practitioners to help shape observations, plans, and activities tailored to each child's unique journey. πΊοΈ
- Empower little ones to become independent by assisting with personal care and self-care routines. πͺ
- Champion children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to smash their individual goals. π―
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and other pros to nurture children's development and overall happiness. π€
What we're looking for:
- A passion for working with young children and a desire to learn! π±
- Willingness to get stuck in and be part of a supportive team.
- Equivalent Functional Skills qualifications or translated Non-UK Grades are totally welcome! π
