Are you ready to kickstart your career in childcare? Our friendly, local nursery in Basingstoke – part of a supportive small chain – is searching for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Level 3 Nursery Apprentices! 🌟

We're dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming, and super stimulating environment where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and educationally. As a Nursery Apprentice, you'll play a vital role in providing a high-quality, caring experience for our little ones. Your responsibilities will include:

  • 🌈 Cultivating a warm, friendly, and stimulating atmosphere for children's development.
  • 🤝 Providing all aspects of childcare under supervision, including washing, changing, and feeding.
  • ✍️ Acting as a key worker for a small group of children, making observations and planning for their progress.
  • 💖 Assisting with the personal and emotional needs of each individual child.
  • 📅 Completing coursework and tasks within set timeframes for Showcase Training Tutor.
  • 🛡️ Championing safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
  • ✅ Being fully aware of and adhering to the nursery's policies and procedures.

Before you apply, please confirm you can reliably commute to the nursery daily. 🚗💨

What you'll gain:

  • 📚 Completing a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Standard.
