What You'll Do:
As a Trade Supplier Apprentice, you'll dive headfirst into the world of electrical distribution. You'll gain hands-on experience and learn all about the products that power our lives – from lighting up your home to powering an electric vehicle! 💡🔌 You'll be involved in:
- Learning the Products: Become an expert on everything we sell!
- Sales Counter Magic: Engage with customers and help them find what they need.
- Sales Office Smarts: Support the sales team and learn the ropes.
- Warehouse Wizardry: Get hands-on with stock management, picking, packing, and keeping our operations running smoothly. 📦
- Admin Ace: Handle paperwork, raise quotations, and process orders. 📝
- Customer Connections: Answer phones and provide top-notch service. 📞
- Team Player: Assist with loading and unloading vans (some heavy lifting involved!). 💪
- Potential Driver: If you're over 18, you might get the chance to drive company vans to drop off deliveries to cover holidays/sickness. 🚚 A driving licence is a plus!

Key responsibilities
- Managing stock in and out, including picking, packing, and transfers
- Serving on the trade counter and making sales calls
- Completing office paperwork, raising quotations, and processing orders
- Answering the telephone for customer inquiries
- Assisting with heavy lifting for loading/unloading vans and making deliveries
