• Be the friendly face (and voice!) for our customers at the trade counter and on the phone. 👋
• Share your awesome product knowledge and whip up killer quotations. 📝

You'll be working towards your Trade Supplier Apprenticeship Level 2, including Functional Skills in Maths and English. 🎓

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers at the trade counter and over the phone
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable product advice and prepare quotations
• Identify opportunities to grow branch sales
• Work as part of a team and support colleagues to ensure smooth branch operations
