As an Apprentice Nandoca, you'll be working towards a Food and Beverage Team Member apprenticeship over 15 months, where you'll learn, grow, and build your unique skills. We’ve got your back with training, support, coaching, and a personalized learning plan. We believe in growing you not just as a team member, but as a person, both in and out of Nando's. 🚀 Your mission? Front of House 🍽️:
- Giving our customers a super warm welcome and making them feel right at home. 👋
- Serving up deliciousness efficiently at the till, really understanding what our customers want.
- Delivering Nando's high standards of food that leave customers feeling 'Fired Up', 'Wowed by the Experience', and 'Hooked for the Next Taste'! 🔥😋
- Bringing amazing food and drinks to the table and making sure our customers have everything they need.
- Mastering the takeaway customer experience.
- Setting up, maintaining, and closing down a clean, safe, and fully operational workstation.
- Tackling deep cleaning to Nando's top standards.
- Being a pro at following all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures. 🛡️

- Preparing, cooking, and serving mouth-watering food to Nando's high standards, making customers feel 'Fired Up', 'Wowed by the Experience', and 'Hooked for the Next Taste'! 🔥😋
