As an Apprentice Nandoca (aka Team Member), you'll be working towards a Food and Beverage Team Member apprenticeship over 15 months, leveling up your skills and growing with us. What You’ll Be Doing:
Front of House Vibes: 🤩
- Giving our customers a warm welcome and making them feel right at home.
- Serving up orders at the till with speed and a smile, getting exactly what they need.
- Delivering our amazing Nando's food to perfection, making customers feel 'Fired Up', 'Wowed by the Experience', and 'Hooked for the Next Taste'! 🔥
- Bringing food and drinks to tables and making sure customers have everything they need.
- Making sure the takeaway experience is just as epic.
- Setting up, keeping your workstation spotless, safe, and running smoothly, ready for action and for handing over.
- Tackling deep cleaning tasks to Nando's top standards.
- Keeping it safe and secure by following all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security rules. 👮♀️
