Your Training Journey:
You'll be working towards your Level 3 Accident Repair Technician apprenticeship, covering:
- Vehicle Accident Repair (MET, Panel, Prep, Paint)
- Hybrid / Electric Vehicle Level 2
- F-Gas Certification
- Welding Skills β‘
You'll have dedicated Vella Group Technical Trainers guiding your development every step of the way. Plus, depending on your qualifications, you might also complete English, Maths, and IT Functional Skills. π

Key responsibilities
- Repair all elements of a vehicle after it has been involved in a collision.
- Perform complex and detailed repair or replacement of major structural elements of vehicles.
- Work on all craft aspects of vehicle accident repair, including Mechanical, Electrical & Trim (MET), Panel Repair & Replacement, Preparation and Paint.
- Put complete customer satisfaction and commercial awareness at the centre of all work.
- Work effectively within a team.
