What You'll Experience:

• Health & Safety: Master essential safety procedures and contribute to a secure working environment. ⛑️
• Maintenance: Get involved in keeping our machinery in top shape. 🛠️
• Technical Aspects: Understand the inner workings of our operations. 🔬
• Quality Control: Ensure our products meet the highest standards. ✅
• Asphalt Production: Learn the ins and outs of creating our core product. 🏗️

Your Responsibilities Will Include (but are definitely not limited to!):

• Helping us hit peak production output 📈, aligned with commercial goals, all while keeping operational costs low and continuously driving improvements for greater efficiency.
• Championing top-notch safety behaviour and actively monitoring workplace performance through 'Near Hit' reporting and engaging 'Safety Conversation' processes. 🗣️
• Supporting the management of our mobile plant and machinery 🚚 to ensure smooth operations and maximise output. This includes:
• Conducting regular inspections. 🧐
• Managing breakdown situations effectively. 🚨
• Implementing preventative maintenance strategies. 🔧

Key responsibilities

• Aid in achieving optimum production output and advancing operational improvements to increase efficiency.
• Proactively demonstrate high personal safety standards and monitor workplace safety performance.
• Aid in the management of mobile plant and machinery, including regular inspection, breakdown management, and preventative maintenance.
• Support managers to operate the site effectively.
• Gain experience in all activities of the site, including health and safety procedures, maintenance, technical, quality control, and asphalt production.
