• Boosting Production: Help us hit those sweet spots for production output, keeping costs low and continuously finding ways to make things even more efficient. 💰
• Championing Safety: Be a safety superstar! You'll model top-notch safety behaviour and help us keep the workplace safe by reporting 'Near Hits' and engaging in safety conversations. 🤝
• Mastering Machinery: Get involved in managing our mobile plant and machinery. This includes regular inspections, tackling breakdowns head-on, and ensuring preventative maintenance keeps everything running smoothly. 🛠️

Key responsibilities

• Aiding in achieving optimum production output and advancing operational improvements.
