What you’ll be doing:

• Boosting Production: Helping us hit our production targets efficiently and cost-effectively, while always looking for ways to make things even better. 📈
• Safety First Champion: Demonstrating excellent safety behaviour and helping us monitor our workplace with initiatives like ‘Near Hit’ reporting and safety ‘Conversations’. Your safety awareness is crucial! 🛡️
• Plant & Machinery Management: Assisting in the smooth operation of our mobile plant and machinery. This includes regular inspections, managing breakdowns when they happen, and being part of preventative maintenance efforts to keep everything running smoothly. 🚜

Key responsibilities

• Aiding in achieving optimum production output and advancing operational improvements.
• Proactively demonstrating high personal standards of safety behaviour and monitoring workplace safety performance.
• Aiding in the management of mobile plant and machinery, including inspections, managing breakdown situations, and preventative maintenance.
