What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing first-line support for IT hardware, software, and connectivity problems. 🛠️
• Helping with the setup, configuration, and upkeep of IT and network gear. 🖱️
• Supporting the administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Active Directory. 🌐
• Assisting with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and security. 🛡️
• Keeping our IT asset, user, and technical records sharp and accurate. 📝
• Logging and updating incidents via our IT Service Desk. 🎫
• Contributing to IT projects, installations, upgrades, and system maintenance. 📈
• Collaborating with colleagues and external suppliers to fix tech issues. 🧑‍💻
• Adhering to company IT, security, and data protection policies. ✅
• Absolutely nailing all your apprenticeship training and assessments. 💯
