What You'll Be Doing:

  • Brewing Basics: Learn the art of brewing hands-on, covering everything from raw materials to fermentation and final finishing touches. ๐Ÿงช
  • Equipment Ops: Get familiar with operating and maintaining our brewery equipment, including our state-of-the-art BrauKon brewhouse, cellar, and packaging machinery. โš™๏ธ
  • Packaging Pro: Assist with the crucial canning, bottling, and packaging of our awesome finished products. ๐Ÿ“ฆ
  • Quality Control: Conduct daily checks on quality, safety, and sensory aspects to ensure our beer is top-notch. โœ…
  • Record Keeping & Stock: Maintain accurate production records, help with stock control, and actively participate in team handovers. ๐Ÿ“
  • Hygiene Hero: Master the art of cleaning and sanitizing, upholding the highest standards of hygiene throughout the brewery. โœจ
  • Food Safety & Sustainability: Gain knowledge in food safety protocols, HACCP, water treatment, and effective waste reduction processes. ๐ŸŒ
