What you'll be doing:

• Uncover Customer Secrets: You'll be key in developing and understanding our customers and community insights. This involves helping to design, deliver, and analyse surveys, including our big annual customer survey and ongoing sentiment research. 🧐
• Translate Data into Action: Collaborate with our Operations, London Estate, and Sustainability teams to transform survey findings into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations. 💡
• Tech Toolkit Mastery: Get skilled in survey design, data management, SQL, semantic modelling, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI. 🛠️
• Customer Data Champion: Support our customer data and reporting platforms. You'll help develop and manage tools that boost our understanding of digital customers, working closely with the Digital Solutions Team and Group Technology. This includes building dashboards, supporting Google Analytics integrations, assisting colleagues with platform use, and contributing to monthly and thematic reports. Plus, you'll spot opportunities to make the platform even better! 💻
• Digital Experience Decoder: Provide valuable insights into the digital customer experience. Work with Digital Product Managers and the User Experience Research Manager to analyse customer behaviour and fuel the development of our customer-facing digital products. You'll get practical experience working with Google Analytics data. 📈
