Key responsibilities

  • Act as a key person to a group of children, liaising with parents/carers to meet individual needs.
  • Teach children, providing appropriate support and stimulating play experiences.
  • Ensure children's safety and adhere to child protection procedures.
  • Advise the manager of any concerns regarding children's well-being or equipment safety, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Actively participate in team and supervision meetings, taking responsibility for personal development.
