What you'll be doing:

  • Keeping all customer records and important documents shipshape. 📁
  • Lending a hand with admin tasks to support all our awesome departments. 💪
  • Making sure our online customer records are on point and totally accurate. ✅
  • Helping create and put together reports for our Head of Sales. 📊
  • Being the first point of contact for customer queries, from opening the post ✉️ to answering calls 📞 and smashing emails. 📧
