What You'll Be Doing:
- Getting prepped for repairs! This means tackling safety precautions, getting panels ready, and taking precise body measurements. ๐
- Becoming a material detective! ๐ง Identify what your materials are made of to use the best joining techniques and follow manufacturer specs.
- Decoding technical data and methods to ensure all joints meet manufacturer specifications and that vehicle/body panels are perfectly aligned. ๐๐จ
- Mastering the art of removing, repairing, and safely replacing vehicle body panels and components. You'll be efficient and effective!
- Getting hands-on with the right tools: operating panel pulling systems, jigs, alignment tools, spot welders, and brazing tools. ๐ ๏ธ
- Being our damage detective! ๐ต๏ธโโ๏ธ Spot and report any extra damage found during repairs, including panels that looked fixable but aren't, or damage missed in the initial inspection.
- Identifying and fixing faults within a vehicle's structure that are crucial for safety. Your work keeps people safe on the road! ๐ฆ
- Keeping your workspace spotless! Maintaining high standards of housekeeping is a must. ๐งน

Key responsibilities
- Undertake appropriate job preparation including safety precautions.
- Adhere to manufacturer specifications and interpret technical data.
- Remove, repair, and replace vehicle body panels and components.
- Operate repair tools, equipment, and devices.
- Identify and communicate supplementary damage.
