• Meeting Room Maestro: Set up and support meeting rooms, including all AV equipment and Ethernet cabling. 🎤
• Admin Ace: Tackle various administrative tasks like updating asset systems and keeping our tech storage areas organized and tidy. 🗄️

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to users via multiple channels, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Support Windows and Mac hardware/software, including iOS mobile devices.
• Assist with supporting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Set up and support meeting rooms and desks, including AV and ethernet cabling.
• Perform various administration duties, such as updating asset systems and managing storage areas.
