  • Friendly Face: Greet everyone who walks through our doors with a smile and make sure they get to the right place. 👋
  • Admin Powerhouse: From typing up important docs to managing files, taking minutes, and keeping our data sharp, you'll be a whiz at all things administrative. 💻
  • Data Dynamo: Help us collect and prepare important data for reports – think weekly, monthly, and yearly insights. 📊
  • Client Connector: Be proactive in reaching out to clients who might be struggling with rent. You'll be connecting with them through visits (with support! 😉), calls, texts, and emails to help them avoid serious debt and homelessness. This is a crucial part of preventing bigger problems down the line. 🤝
  • Stay Sharp: Keep up with the latest news on legislation and how changes might affect our clients and us. 🧠
